Delos Antiques PTY LTD TA Delos Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment

Items are reserved for a maximum of 48 hours prior to payment.

Payment is required in full to secure the item.

2. Ownership

All goods remain the property of Delos until full payment has been received.

3. Delivery & Collection

Clients are responsible for collection or for arranging delivery (unless otherwise agreed).

Delivery can be arranged through Delos; fees are quoted separately, payable in advance, and inclusive of VAT.

4. Returns & Refunds

5. Condition of Goods

All items are sold as described and as viewed.

Minor signs of age or wear are inherent to antique and vintage pieces.

6. Storage

Items not collected within 14 days of payment may incur storage fees, which will be communicated in writing.

7. International Orders

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

8. Liability

Delos accepts no liability for indirect loss, damage, or costs once items leave our premises.

Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day window from the date of payment for a full refund. Thereafter, a further three weeks will be allowed for a shop credit.

Please note: returns and refunds cannot be accepted on items held in storage beyond the return window.
