A very special and rare large-scale cast iron crucifix, sourced in Belgium and mounted on an old concrete base. Standing over 1.7 metres high, it was likely made for outdoor or cemetery use.
The design features Christ on the cross with winged seraphs, ornate scrollwork, and a classical urn motif at the base. Weathered black iron with silvered highlights gives it strong visual presence.
Condition: Wear, oxidation, and paint loss consistent with age and outdoor exposure. Structurally sound.
